SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, it is sent to production and fulfillment through our trusted partners, including Tapstitch.


Production Time

Because most of our products are made on demand, please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for production before shipment

This ensures each item is carefully prepared and checked before dispatch.


Shipping Time

After production is completed, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States / Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe / UK: 6–12 business days
  • Asia: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and local postal services.


Shipping Carrier

We work with reliable international shipping carriers depending on destination, which may include local postal services and express couriers.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak holiday seasons

We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers or customs authorities.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
